- Mr. Adderly H. McKinney died Feb 4 at his home, 406 East North Avenue, after an illness of 16 months. Mr. McKinney was in the stevedore business up to his last illness. He was the son of the late Samuel W. McKinney, and was the first white employing stevedores at this port. At his death, his son succeeded him. Mr McKinney leaves a widow and one son, Howard McKinney.
