  	MRS. ROSE L COOPER DEAD
  	Former Frederick Resident Succumbs While Husband is Away.  Taken ill while her husband, Captain Adderley Cooper, was in Bermuda for his health.  Mrs. Rose Lowell Cooper died yesterday afternoon at her home, 425 East -North avenue Baltimore, from a combination of diseases. Word has been telegraphed to Captain Cooper, but it will be impossible for him to reach Baltimore in time for the funeral, which will take place at 8:30 tomorrow morning from St. Ann's Catholic church.  Captain Cooper underwent an operation last October, and was advised by his physician to go to a warm climate.  While in Bermuda his health has improved, and he was expected home this summer. Mrs. Cooper was born in Frederick, and went to Baltimore about 45 years ago.  Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters: Mrs, John A. Lidie Mrs. W. A. Spies, and Miss Katie E. Cooper
