In the Name of God Amen.
John Motyer of this Parish of Fleet in the County of Dorset being sick and weak but thanks be to God of Good Understanding for the preventing of all troubles among all my children concerning my Goods and Substances. Do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament as follows
Impemis(firstly) I commend my soul into the hand of All mighty God. Hoping for the merits of my saviour Jesus Christ to have pardon of my sins and salvation of my soul.
Item: I ordain my body to be buried at the discretion of my executrix.
