    • On my mum's Government of Canada Personal History Form from 2 Jan 1977, she has her sister Elizabeth CARTMER listed as being born on 21 Jan 1927, which is what I have her being born on.  I don't remember where that date of 27 Jan 1927 came from.  I have no idea at this time which date is correct.
