      And her mother's maiden name was SMITH (Elmina SMITH).

      I thought at first this might be the same A. F. SMITH who founded the office store business of the same name here in Bermuda.  However, upon further research, the A. F. SMITH office store here in Bermuda was supposedly founded in 1974 by Anthony F. Smith.
