Access to Find-a-Grave ID is free.
If you are
submitting
information or corrections about existing people on this site, or information about new people for me to add,

Family Group Worksheet

This website uses a Family Group Worksheet form to help you submit information about new people for me to add, or additions/corrections to existing people.
There are 2 ways that you can access this Family Group Worksheet form:

From this site's
Home Page,
near the top-right in the green menu section, click on the
Submit Worksheet
link

A clean form will open (nobody's information will be on the form yet, ready for you to start filling in the form)

2.
When you are viewing the details page any individual or family on this site, click the tab near the top of their details.

The form will open with that person's details pre-populated on the form
